All defects and minor and major works undertaken, from paint snags to fully dryline after major leaks and kitchen replacements, replacement cavity trays and NHBC resolutions.
We are Fully CQMS, Chas and Smas Accredited, with all associated health and safety documentation in place.
All actives are fully health and safety managed with safe systems of works and operations to ensure, so far as is reasonably practical, that the Health and Safety or Conditions of any person or property will not be adversely affected. We take our responsibilities seriously. We have been externally vetted, approved, and duly accredited to demonstrate the scale of our commitment.
